Summer Schedule

Students of Kingsville Independent School District participating in this year’s summer programs will benefit from free breakfast and lunch from June 3rd through June 26th.

The Kingsville community is invited to have lunch at our two summer school locations; Perez Elementary and H.M. King High School. Breakfast and Lunch is free to all children 18 and under and adult plates are $3.50.

Kingsville ISD hosted its first District Chess Tournament on Saturday, April 25, 2015. A total of 81 students participated in the tournament. Students competed in 12 different divisions ranging from second grade to 12th grade. Each participant played a total of seven matches against every opponent in their division.

Twelve Memorial Middle School Jazz Band students participated at the ATSSB Region 14 Jazz band Clinic and Concert held on Sunday, April 26th in Goliad.

KISD students will be showcased during TAMUK Musical Production

Two A. D. Harvey Elementary School classes took the top spots in this year's Think Through Math (TTM) State Competition. Ms. Angela Perez's Second Period TTM Class (room E1) won the 2015 Texas Lone Star Math Cup State Championship, taking the highest honor in the competition.

March 9 - March 13 is designated as Celebrate Texas Public Schools Week at Kingsville ISD.

Alice G. K. Kleberg Elementary is very proud to present the 2014-2015 UIL Participants and Coaches.

Adeena Zambrano represented Alice G. K. Kleberg Elementary at the Corpus Christi Caller Times Scripps Spelling Bee on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the Solomon P. Ortiz International Center and won the campus round.

The week of March 2nd through March 6th has been designated as Educational Diagnosticians' Week proclaimed by the Governor of Texas.

Students from Kingsville ISD are headed to San Antonio, Texas for the ExxonMobil Texas State Science & Engineering Fair. Mia Trevino, sixth grader at Gillett Intermediate, and Veronica Cruz and Ariana Jimenez, eighth graders at Memorial Middle School, received qualifying scores to advance to the state competition level at this weekend’s Valero Energy, Coastal Bend Community Foundation, and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi Regional Science Fair.

The Coastal Bend Regional Science Fair will take place in Corpus Christi, Texas on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015.

H.M. King High School UIL Debate Team brought home third, fourth and sixth place at the UIL District Cross Examination Debate which was held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Robstown High School.
