Prek4 registration will be held at the Kingsville Administration Building on 207 N. 3rd  St. from 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. on July 29th  and July 30th.  Children must have their current immunization records before they can register for the program.  Pre-Kindergarten programs are now open to children of active duty members of the Military. House Bill 1, the Education Reform Law approved by the Texas Legislature and signed by Gov. Rick Perry, expanded the program to military dependants.

Requirements:

Child must be four years old on or before Sept. 1 and one of the following:

      Be limited English proficient

      Qualify for free or reduced lunch program

      Homeless

      Child of an Active Duty Military Member

      Child of a Military member who was injured/killed while serving on active duty

      Is or ever has been in the conservatorship of the Department of  Family and Protective Services

Parents Need to Bring the Following Information:

Child’s Birth Certificate

Family Proof of Income

Child’s Social Security Card

Current Immunization Records

Proof of Address

 

Your child must be current with immunizations before they are allowed to register for school.  Please bring immunization records. The ONLY exception to this state mandate ruling is for ACTIVE military that will be allotted 30 days for proof of current immunizations.
