You can complete the packet and e-mail it to our campus secretary Jennifer Casas at [email protected] along with the proof of residency. Make sure you write the name of your student in the proof of residency. Thank you for your support!
Please follow the following instructions:
RETURNING STUDENTS:
- Students who attended Perez or any other KISD elementary school may be able to register through our
KISD website. The registration document must be emailed to our campus secretary Jennifer Casas at
[email protected] along with the proof of residency. Make sure the proof of residency includes
the name of the student registering. - The proof of residency includes one of the following: light bill, water bill, gas bill, mortgage/rent bill/lease
agreement. Note: DHS paperwork and cell phone bills do not qualify for Proof of Residency. - In order for the registration packet to be considered complete, a copy of the proof of residency needs to be
submitted along with the packet. - If you are not able to register through our KISD website you may drive up and pick up a packet from our drop box located in front of our main entrance double doors August 11th-14th from 8 am to 3:30 pm.
- Parents can choose to take the packets home or fill it out in the car. Please remain in your car if you are filling out the packet on site. Our Perez faculty and staff will be available to verify completion of packets.
- All packets must be returned on or before Friday, August 14, 2020 by 3:30 p.m.
NEW STUDENTS:
- Students who have not been previously enrolled in Kingsville ISD need to stop by the school and pick up a registration packet from our drop box located in front of our main entrance double doors August 11th-14th from 8 am to 3:30 pm.
- Parents can choose to take the packets home or fill it out in the car. Please remain in your car if you are filling out the packet on site. Our Perez faculty and staff will be available to verify completion of packets.
- In order for packet to be completed, copies of the following need to be attached:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization record
- Social security
- Report card
- Proof of residency – can be one of the following:
Light Bill, Water Bill, Gas Bill, Mortgage/Rent bill/Lease agreement
Note: DHS paperwork and cell phone bills will not be accepted.

*Please Note: The registration process for new and returning students is critical to ensure your child is
placed in a teacher’s roster and receives a device for virtual learning.
