Pre-K 4 Registration

7/28/2016, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Pre-K 4 Registration will be held July 27th and 28th from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m. at the KISD Admin. Bldg.



Requirements:

Child must be four years old on or before Sept. 1 and one of the following:
•is unable to speak and comprehend the English language;
•is educationally disadvantaged (qualify for free or reduced lunch program);
•is homeless;
•is the child of an active duty member of the armed forces of the United States;
•is the child of a member of the armed forces who was injured or killed while on active duty;or
•is or ever has been in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services following an adversary hearing.


Parents Need to Bring the Following Information:

*Child's Birth Certificate

*Family Proof of Income

*Child's Social Security Card

*Immunization Records

*Proof of Residence
